For someone who has hated going to the hairdressers for all of my 52 years "Headcases" is an absolute revelation!  A modern, comfortable, clean and homely salon! A very refreshing environment and extremely reasonable prices!  Friendly, approachable, professional staff who put you completely at ease as soon as you walk through the door, they happily take on my requirements but also give me great advice and new ideas.  I go every five weeks and different stylists cut and colour my hair and I am always delighted.  My hair as never looked so good and I regularly receive compliments, I wish I could blow dry my hair as well as they do in the salon - but hey-ho that's their jobs!  Most importantly my hair is styled so as its "easy peasy" for me to managed because although I like to look my best, I'm very lazy in that department. All in all an invigorating yet relaxing experience with a lot of laughs thrown in!  I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

i used to absolutely hate getting my hair cut.......that was until i went to headcases, they are very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk in, absolutely fantastic salon, i would never ever go anywere else!

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Danny.  The customer service you recieve at Headcases is 2nd to none. Yesterday I turned up to get my hair cut only to discover I should have been in the Peebles salon, not Penicuik. Danny went way out of his way and came into the Penicuik salon the next day to cut my hair at 8.15am. That is a typical example of the fabulous service that is delivered by the whole team time and time again. Thanks again.

I have been going to Headcases for years.  I used to go to city centre salons but it cost a fortune and I always felt rushed.  At Headcases they listen, take their time and give you a stylish and professional cut.  Danny, Marie and Pauline have created a friendly, relaxing atmosphere with great staff.  Both my kids and many on my friends have their hair done at Headcases.  My sister Lynne and her kids even travel there from Balerno – proof of a great salon. 

We all have different people doing our hair and they are all excellent.  No one else will be doing my hair!
